Our facility houses a 104 bed skilled nursing center offering Medicare Rehabilitation, long term and short term residence. Services available at the Nursing Center include room and board, physical, occupational and speech therapy, skilled nursing care, social services, recreational activities and three nutritious meals per day approved by a registered dietician.

At Park Ridge, we strive to provide excellent medical treatment and care. Our highly skilled nursing staff is on duty 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Each resident’s personal physician is most welcome, or our Medical Director’s team will follow their plan of care. Each resident is carefully screened by our professional staff so we may tailor a program that is beneficial medically, socially, and spiritually. Our Social Services Director will also assist patients in applying for any benefits for which they may be eligible.

At Park Ridge, we make sure that each of our residents has everything they need to make their daily life the most pleasant experience possible.

We also provide items such as wheelchairs, Geri chairs, medical supplies, cable TV access, telephones, beauty/barber shop, and a full activities department.
